Pricing & Process
We keep things simple with straightforward pricing and a hassle-free process from pickup to delivery, plus a nationwide postal service for brides outside our collection area.
Cost
One set fee of $299 (incl. GST) covers dry cleaning and preservation for most gowns—no surprise quotes.
Silk, removable skirts, attachments, trains over three metres, and glitter embellishments require a personalised quote due to the extra care involved.
Process
From pickup to delivery, we keep you informed every step of the way:
- Book a convenient collection date and time
- Receive before photos and preservation box options
- Your gown is expertly hand-cleaned and preserved
- Final photos sent before delivery to your door
Turnaround takes 4–8 weeks for Queensland, 8–10 weeks for New South Wales, and 4–8 weeks via post. Get in touch with us right away for urgent requests.
